PRIVACY POLICY
"International and Comparative Law Center" NGO ("I.C.Law - Armenia") was established in 2010 by a group of young lawyers who had strong faith in the rule of law and justice.
The scope of the organization's broad activities include legal advice, case strategy development, scientific research and analysis, preparation of periodic accounts and reports, organization of academic and educational events, etc.
"I.C.Law" operates apolitical, independent, fair and transparent, covering the entire territory of the Republic of Armenia.
TERMS USED
Staff - employees of the " International and Comparative Law Center" NGO.
Personal data - any information relating to a natural person that allows or may allow to directly or indirectly identify the identity of the person.
Processing of personal data - regardless of the form and method of implementation (including with or without the use of any automated, technical means) any action or group of actions related to the collecting or recording or entering or coordinating or organizing or storing or using or transforming or restoring or transferring or correcting or blocking or destroying personal data or performing other actions .
Protection of personal data - a set of measures of a technical, organizational and organizational-technical nature, which are aimed at the protection of information related to the subject of personal data determined on the basis of certain or similar information.
Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific range of persons.
Trademark - a character used to distinguish the goods and (or) services of one person from the goods and (or) services of another person.
Rightsholder - an entity, by which the right to the property acquired in a manner not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia has not yet been subject to state registration in accordance with the procedure established by this law.
Non-governmental organization - "International and Comparative Law Center" non-governmental organization.
Copyright - the set of laws regulating relations related to the creation and use of works in the fields of science, literature, and art.
Intellectual property - rights established by law, which refer to the results of intellectual activity in the fields of industry, science, literature and art, as well as to the means of personalization of goods and services of the participants of civil circulation equal to them.
Normative document - a document that defines the characteristics, rules or instructions of an activity or its results.
Owner (co-owner) - a person who has the right to the property owned by him, at his discretion, to perform any action that does not contradict the law and does not violate the rights and interests of other persons protected by the law, including alienating his property as property to other persons, transferring the use of this property to them, the rights of possession and management, pledge the property or dispose of it in another way.
Social media - a form of mass communication via the Internet.
Database - A collection of personal data organized by certain characteristics.
Information system - a set of information technologies or technical means used to process personal data included in the database, electronically or non-electronically.
Data subject - natural person to whom personal data refers.
Information - data received and formed in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation regarding a person, object, fact, circumstance, event, occurrence, phenomenon, regardless of the form of their management or material carrier (text, electronic documents, recordings, videos, audiotapes, drawings, schemes, notes, maps).
Legislative act - a normative legal act adopted by the people of the Republic of Armenia or the National Assembly - Constitution, constitutional laws and laws.
Company name - the name under which a legal entity carries out its activities and is distinguished from other legal entities.
COMPANY NAME, TRADEMARK. PROPERTY
The company name "International and Comparative Law Center", any abbreviation of it, as well as our trademark posted on the Site are the exclusive property of the NGO. They are registered trademarks and are protected in accordance with RA legislation and may not be copied, reproduced or otherwise used without the prior written permission of the rights owner.
Commercial use or publication of all or any elements displayed on the site without prior permission from the NGO is strictly prohibited. Nothing contained in these Terms of Use shall be construed as granting an NGO a license to use any element displayed on the Site.
Items displayed on the site may be copied for personal use, provided that the author and source are also copied and no changes are made. However, some text and photographs may be published on this Site with the permission of the respective rights holders (which is not the NGO). All copyrights to such texts and photographs are reserved to their respective owners, and permission to copy or otherwise use them must be sought and obtained directly from the owner.
The copyright for all information presented on the website (including pictures, attached description, design) belongs to the International and Comparative Law Center, except for the intellectual property owned by third parties as the sole owner or co-owner.

DATA STORAGE
The website of the International and Comparative Law Center may be used without providing personal information, however, this may limit your access to use certain features of the website.
But if you choose to make a donation, send an email, or one of the other features, you'll need to provide the appropriate information.
When sending an e-mail to the International and Comparative Law Center, your message and e-mail address will be directed to the corresponding department of the organization.
Please note that any message, content, idea, opinion or other information emailed to the Center will be treated as non-proprietary, non-confidential content.
Your personally identifiable information will be used to respond to your inquiry or process your donation. Your payment card details will only be temporarily stored on a secure server for as long as necessary to process the payment.
DATA USAGE
Processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of interaction within the framework of signed contracts, fulfillment of requirements of legislative acts, normative documents.
Your Personal Data is neither sold nor provided to a third party nor published for commercial or any other purpose, except for the cases defined by RA legislation.
Without your specific consent, we do not provide any of your Personal Data to third parties, except for the cases defined by RA legislation.
The International and Comparative Law Center does not have access to your payment card or other banking data, and therefore cannot in any way record, collect such data and cannot in any way be liable for any damages you suffer as a result of any use of such data (including third party cases of persons accessing that data in any way and performing any action without limitation).
DONATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The donations you make will be used only within the framework of the implementation of the goals specified by us.
When making an online donation, you will be asked to provide personal information necessary to process and save your request. This may include your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address and payment card number. Card data will only be temporarily stored on a secure server for as long as necessary to confirm your payment.
All payments on the website are made with a bank card. Once you have confirmed through the website that you wish to make a donation, your transaction will be processed through our payment service provider, ARMSWISSBANK CJSC. By confirming that you wish to make a donation, you authorize your bank card to be charged for the amount of the donation.
If you are making a donation on behalf of a union or organization, you confirm that you have such authority and that these Terms of Use are acceptable to that union or organization.
You agree that from the moment the donation is made, the donated money goes to the management of the "International and Comparative Law Center" NGO.
While making a donation, you will see a "Monthly subscription" note for monthly donations. You can confirm it as you wish. By choosing that option, you agree to make a donation on a monthly basis. This means that your account will be debited on the same day and at the same time each month for an amount equal to the amount of your previous donation until you cancel the monthly subscription.
You can cancel the monthly subscription by sending a corresponding letter to the email of the NGO: [email protected].
In case of any obstacles encountered while making a donation through the website, inform the Center by sending an email to [email protected] and specifying your contact information. The staff of the center will contact you within 5 working days after receiving the e-mail.

We do not tolerate offensive language or content, including material that is defamatory, obscene, violent, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, aggressive, or objectionable in nature or could be construed as derisive or otherwise inappropriate.
We reserve the right to remove any content from our social media platforms that we believe does not meet the requirements of these guidelines.
We have the right to block users on our social media platforms if they engage in inappropriate behavior.
