Ellada Sargsyan graduated from the Faculty of Management of the French University in Armenia in 2016, then in 2018 she received a master's degree in Quality Management from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of the University of Strasbourg in France. In 2023, she graduated from the Russian-Armenian (Slavic) University with a master's degree in the framework of the "Commercial Law" master's program.
She gained work experience in Strasbourg, in the Directorate of Internal Oversight "Evaluation" department of the Council of Europe, as a quality management specialist in the "Continuous Improvement" department of the French National Railway Company (Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer français), as an expert in the Ethics Commission of RA High-ranking Officials, and as an expert-analyst in the "Path of Law" NGO.
Now Ellada Sargsyan works as a human rights lawyer at the International and Comparative Law Center.
