Preparation of Military Law Textbook

"International and Comparative Law Center " on 1 May, 2014, the project "Preparation of the Military Law Textbook" was launched, which ended on September 30 of the same year.

The textbook covered the most profound and primary topics, providing information on military law, interests, legal responsibility, legal bases of the state's military activities, as well as social rights and guarantees of servicemen and their family members.

In the textbook, there was a detailed reference to international law in the field of military cooperation and security, as well as international humanitarian law and military law of foreign countries.

In 2013, on the initiative of the Center for International and Comparative Law, the program "Free legal consultancy in the field of military service" was implemented. Specialists of the center, seeing the need for the demand for awareness about the field, prepared and published this textbook on military law.

Among other specialists, experts Varuzhan Avetisyan (domestic legislation), Levon Gevorgyan, Ph.D. in Law (international law) and Gor Torosyan, Ph.D. in Law (comparative law).
